Matt is the Head of Business Development at RedStone, an established modular oracle and data infrastructure provider for DeFi and institutions. He oversees revenue-generating activities and strategic partnerships across DeFi protocols, RWA platforms and financial firms such as Asset Managers, Banks or Custodians.

Since entering the digital assets industry in 2020, Matt has specialized in translating emerging market narratives - including real-world assets, low-risk DeFi, and onchain derivatives - into concrete products and revenue streams. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences and on industry podcasts, where he addresses go-to-market strategy in DeFi, oracle design and distribution, and building sustainable, non-hype-driven businesses in crypto.

2023 - Present - Head of Business Development

• Day-to-day strategic collaboration with Jakub Wojciechowski (CEO, technical founder) and Marcin Kazmierczak (COO, non-technical co-founder) on critical company initiatives, including Business and Product roadmap development.
• Responsible for top line revenue of the company, scaling from zero to break even and beyond.
• Leading a Business Development team of 5 people - Experienced Salespeople as well as Partnerships-focused industry experts.
• Establishing business procedures, documentation systems, and async-first communication frameworks from scratch.
• Structuring three distinct business lines, shaping the commercial offering, and continuously testing and adjusting to identify optimal value propositions.
• Closely working with the Marketing department on promotion and amplification of our go to market as well as lead generation.

• Transitioned to a fully sales-focused role, securing our first production client and building sustainable revenue streams.

2022 - Growth Manager

• Joined RedStone as the first non-technical hire (outside of cofounders) to develop and execute the Go To Market strategy.

Daftcode is the biggest Venture Builder in Central Europe.

Joined Daftcode as a Business Associate to streamline operations of an existing venture, after the acquisition of the venture got assigned my own early stage venture and promoted to Project Lead. Worked directly day-to-day with Daftcode Co-Founders. This has grown into a foundational experience for my further career in startups. Working closely with the founders really opened up my perspectives for building businesses, applying pressure in the right place and ruthless prioritisation.

2022 - Project Lead (for an early stage Play-to-Earn Game) at Daftcode, Warsaw (PL)

• Designed a Pitch Deck from scratch and pitched the project to VCs, Angel Investors, Launchpads and Gaming Guilds.
• Secured partnerships with Advisors and Launchpads, building a foundation for the project's growth.
